This meeting was held Friday, May 17, 2024, 6:30-8:00 PM CDT at the Senator's Lecture Hall, Hilton Anatole, Dallas during the Society for Investigative Dermatology annual national meeting. Trainee abstracts were presented on topics including barriers to participating in psoriasis clinical research for ethnic and racial minorities as well as the association of hidradenitis suppurtiva with maternal and offspring outcomes. Additionally, Dr. Maryam Asgari was named ADEN Founders Award Winner for 2024.

This meeting was held Thursday May 18, 2017 in Orlando, Florida . Various dermatologic topics were discussed including utilization and cost of actinic keratosis destruction, genetics ancestry lack of influence on atopic dermatitis ancestry in African Americans and many more. The 7th IDEA Congress was a meeting that focused on exact incidence of dermatologic diseases, the need for better approaches to understanding patient impact and management of conditions, and documentation of incidence by by geocoded location, initial and subsequent diagnoses, burden of metastatic squamous cell carcinomas and other skin conditions, and costs to health care systems. This meeting was collaborated with NCI's Keratinocyte Carcinoma Consortium (KeraCon). Approximately 65 people were in attendance and were able to discuss these interesting topics.
